RETURN POLICY
All products purchased at trunk shows, private events, private appointments, or in-person sales events are final sale.
Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery with the exception of orders received to the Customer or Gift Recipient in December. Orders received in the month of December have until January 15th to return their products to allow for holiday gift giving.
Return Guide
If a customer or gift recipient wishes to return a product purchased on www.11juillet.com or through our 11 Juillet Concierge then such person must comply with the following steps:
- Email 11 Juillet Concierge to request a Return Authorization Number. This number must be obtained prior to returning any product purchased from www.11juillet.com or through our Client Relations Center.
- Enter the required information and list the Return Authorization Number on the return/exchange form.
- Include the completed return/exchange form with the product, all its accessories, the Warranty Card, the Authenticity Card, and all other documents, in its original box and packaging and shipping materials.
- Seal the delivery package and affix the pre-paid delivery label to it.
- Bring the package to any FedEx location or call FedEx to arrange pick-up.
- The Customer or Gift Recipient must keep proof of the return shipment and the FedEx tracking number. 11 Juillet accepts no liability in the event that such proof cannot be produced.
- Upon receiving a return, 11 Juillet will verify that the returned product satisfies the conditions of the return policy and, if so, then proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
Refunds and Merchandise Credit
11 Juillet is extremely cautious in ensuring that each product strictly complies with our quality criteria and that it has passed all of our controls, both technical and aesthetic.
If nevertheless you receive a product that seems to be damaged, you may return it to 11 Juillet Returns in accordance with the return policy. Upon receipt, 11 Juillet may classify the returned product as a defective product. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defective.
Conditions to Return
Should a product be returned to 11 Juillet Returns by the Customer or Gift Recipient, a Customer is entitled to receive a refund or exchange.
A Gift Recipient is not entitled to receive a refund but is entitled to an exchange if the returned products meet our Quality Control Standards.
If a Customer’s return complies with the return policy, 11 Juillet will use reasonable efforts to credit the refund to the Customer’s credit card no later than 14 days after receipt of returned item.
